In a nutshell three guys are stuck in the rat race want to leave their job and for one reason or the other they can’t. So these guys hate their bosses they’re being treated badly and discriminated against and there’s nothing they can do so they decide to kill their horrible bosses!

This was a comedy film and very enjoyable. I am doing this review because having worked in a job I can definitely relate to some of the things which they are doing. Don’t get me wrong I wasn’t discriminated against, nothing of the sort, but

I can relate to the people’s character in the movie. The employees are portrayed to be on time, can not be off sick from work, if you are sick you’re expected to do your work!

Even if you’re two or three minutes late you are scrutinised, too much pressure and tight deadlines add a lot of stress to people’s jobs and their life.

Obviously we are human and we have non-work related stress to deal with too. There’s only so much we can take.

A lot of the time people start off the career ladder, by starting at the bottom of a company and  working their way up, hoping to achieve a big promotion or pay rise. But end of the day, they are still working for somebody and else and making them richer. So it’s these people doing all the hard work and if you are working I am sure that you probably know someone who is always on time, exceed expectations and no matter how they are feeling they just get on with it. Unfortunately even in this economic climate, especially people are not being recognised. It is great from a business perspective however there is no progression for that person, they will always be an employee.

You hear about people having two degrees, masters, phd’s, but they are still looking for jobs like everyone else. They may even get a job which is perceived to be very good but the stress these people have to deal with on a daily basis is phenomenal!

You are also limited to the time you have off to spend with your family and missing out in vital parts of life!

Nowadays there is so much talk about the recession and inflation. Prices are going higher and jobs are becoming scarce. So it makes me wonder what will the next generation do? Is there much point in even studying? Personally I don’t think it matters how educated you are, if you go to university studying a PHD or whatever because someone can come along with limited education but they can have knowledge of the internet and make much more than someone who has been slaving away for years!

When graduates are now to go and apply for jobs, they will be in competition with other people who have been looking for a job for a while. They will probably not have as many qualifications as the new graduate but they will have more experience. This shows employers that they can do they job, so why take on someone inexperienced?

Employers can afford to give lower salaries to people who are more experienced because these people have no choice. They have probably looking for suitable work for a while and having to settle for a lower pay or no job. Unfortunately you still have to pay your bills therefore reluctantly people may settle for a lower wage.

This brings me on to my point of university studying. So when a graduate has spent so many years of their life studying and got into student debt, then they’ll be turning to the government for support.

I was reading a paper the other day which had a 2 page section explaining why university studying is just not worth what it once was. It explained how there was recently a new superstore open in a not so central Scottish town and it brought in 112 jobs but over 600 people had applied for it! So that means that in that specific area 488 people are still unemployed.

I believe that everything is now computerised and if you don’t have these skills you will not be given much credit. University studying can only do so much, the internet is changing everyday that even businesses don’t know how to keep up.

Also in Scotland more young people are urged to go to university, the exam boards have apparently even lowered their pass cut off marks and giving students ucas points so they can go to university studying for their degree. Personally I think this will make students more stressed because university studying isn’t cut out for everyone and the reason they had the points system was so that only the dedicated and ‘bright’ students will end up going to university. If students find the work too hard or they just can’t be bothered educating themselves, the drop out rates will be much higher costing the government more money for funding the courses in the first place.

Hey guys, I do have to say that I am not at all a technical person. Put it this way- I have an iphone and I only use it for email, calling, internet and texting! So when I realised that my blog posts weren’t showing tags, I was a bit concerned that maybe I had changed the settings somehow when setting up and deleted a vital part of my blog! After all, having tags can make a huge difference to the way your blogs rank and makes it easier for people to see your posts. Eg: if you write about making money online then you should use that keyword as a tag so that your post is linked to those searches. The more people that visit your blog the better! So I was over the moon and very impressed with myself when I tried this trick and it worked

If you’re like me and a WordPress user, you may have find that your WordPress theme has not been set up to display post tags in a single blog post. This may not be the case in certain blog themes, depending on what theme you’re choosing to install and use.

Showing the post tag in your theme’s blog posts has many benefits:

• Using post tags in your blog will allow your users to find your content by entering keywords into the search feature of your blog or search engines. The reason we have information on blogs is for people to see them, (unless you have private posts). Therefore even if you don’t’ wish to make money online or gather leads from your blog, maybe you just want to pass out information to people. You still want your content showing when people search for the information you provide.

• Search Engine Optimization – Adding tags to your posts that are keywords used in each blog post will help increase the keyword density of each article. This will show search engines that your post is relevant to certain keywords people may be searching and it’ll rank up higher in search results if the content seems relevant to what people are looking for.

Before changing anything in your sites coding, I highly recommended that you save a backup copy of any file before editing.

Step 1 – Log into your WordPress Dashboard, by going to the site admin and enter in your log in info.
Step 2 –Click on ‘Appearance’ then ‘Editor’.
Step 3 – On the right hand column there will be different words, scroll down then click on “Single Post” (single.php).
Step 4 – Once the single.php code has loaded in the editor, click anywhere in the box carry out a ‘find’ search by pressing the CTRL+F keys together to perform a search (Apple+F for Apple Users).
Step 5 – In the search box which appears, type “php the_content” (without the quotes) and click find/enter. If your theme is using the content tag, then it should find and highlight it in the editor automatically.
Step 6 – Create a new line after the code finishes at the ‘php the-content’ line by placing your mouse cursor and pressing enter after the following code as shown below:

Step 7 – Copy and paste the following code to the new line which you have now created:

<?php the_tags('Tags: <b>', ', ', '</b><br />'); ?>

Step 8 – Click the “Update File” button which should be at the bottom of the codes box to save your changes.
Step 9 – You can now refresh your blog post to see your changes.
Step 10 – You’re finished!
