People are spending a lot of time and money on their websites and marketing yet they continue to run a failed online business. Perhaps you have been using advanced marketing techniques such as search engine optimisation where your website is ranked on top search engines. That is a long and lengthy process and takes a lot of time and money or maybe marketers are using paid advertising methods such as pay per click and these marketing techniques do work. Yet, many marketers are not doing their marketing correctly which is resulting in a failed business online. In this video I will go over some points to help marketers out there.
There is not much point in spending hundreds of pounds on your marketing when you yourself are not one hundred percent and what I mean by that is your branding! Having the right websites, layout, sales copy and coming across perfectly to your audience is quite difficult to do.
What you need to do is have the right online branding strategy which you want people to focus on and follow you online. For example I have a brand, I am a girl who has left her Accounting career and I drive a pink car, and that’s the brand I have created which people get to know and can follow online. So maybe you saw my pink car online or heard that I left my job and here you are following me on the internet.
Importance of Online Branding
So it’s very important that you share your story or life experience with people so they can relate to you. You have to keep that up and show people your message so there’s a liking for you and they can see themselves in you. A lot of people feel that their online branding strategy must portray a great lifestyle however this is the recipe for a failed online business. It is important to show you are a genuine real person and they would feel more comfortable working with someone who is similar to them.
Be yourself and show people the real you, this will help your online branding strategy and people will see the difference and trust in you which will prevent your failed online branding business worsening.
