While the editing feature isn’t necessarily meant to replace software like Final Cut Pro, it is meant to help users fix their videos in a less time consuming manner.

“We noticed that a lot of people were uploading videos to YouTube that we can say are somewhat unpolished,” says Jason Toff, product manager at YouTube, adding that rougher amateur footage tends to be a lot more common than professionally edited work on the site.

A blog post from YouTube Software Engineer John Gregg outlines some of the editing options now available. If you have access to the editing feature, you can stabilize hand-held footage, rotate videos and boost the colors and contrast. The “I’m Feeling Lucky” feature will allow for one-click color correction.

YouTube’s team also collaborated with Picnik to provide new aesthetic effects. This makes it possible for you to add filters — such as black and white, lomo-ish and cartoon — to your videos. (Google acquired Picnik last year.)

You should create another admin that would have control over your Fan Page, it maybe either be a friend, brother or sister, your spouse.  Basically someone that you can trust and won’t interfere with your account.

You can also do an email and type it in then submit.

There are 2 ways to do it, the person that you chose must have a Facebook account and the email has to be linked up to that account, otherwise it’s not going to work. If you send this to someone that does not have a Facebook account, I’m pretty sure it will invite them to become a member on Facebook.

4. Save all the changes that had been made.

That’s it, you are ready to start marketing and bringing in new fan page members. Now you don’t have to worry about losing your Fan Page cause you have 2 admins now. Today I’m going to give you three reasons why you MUST resist the urge to buy MLM leads and why you will want to detract your team from making this horrible mistake.
1. MLM Leads are Generic The quality of most MLM leads are extremely low. Not only do they fill out the form on a whim, but often it is misleading because it sounds more like “Working from home” in a job-sense and they are not at all interested in starting a business.
Very few prospects from MLM leads have capital to invest in a business. Many are on Social Security Disability income and are barely making it paycheck to paycheck. I am not discriminating against these people, but we all know it takes capital to start a business.
When you buy MLM leads and call them, you are a telemarketer: Plain and simple. They are resistant, skeptical and not looking for responsibility or putting in any effort in an business.
2. MLM Leads are Recycled Certainly lead companies have to make their profits. But you would most likely be sickened if you know to the extent how much these prospect’s information was recycled. Often times, peoples names will be sold 10 times, so by the time you reach them, they are pissed off and not extremely excited to hear from you.
3. You Can Create Your Own Why would you want to create your own leads if you could just buy them?
