Hello to all my followers,

I do apologise that I haven’t had many recent posts so far this year, I have been really concentrating on my team members that I have and alothough I have had some new members in 2010 I really would like to limit how many people I am taking on and concentrate on helping the people who are already working with me.

The reason for this is that with YourNetBiz I am able to earn an income from training my team so when they earn money I also make a commission. By doing this not only will I have a strong team who will be marketing the business and making it grow but these people will be marketing the business correctly. In addition to this I am building a very strong relationship with my members and fulfilling my promises that I made to them before they started. This will build a bond of trust between us, so no matter what business venture I am working in, I already have a trained team who is dedicated and ready to go!

Recently a member has joined my team in Your Net Biz who was mentored by another coach before me. When this person started working with me and we discussed her experience with her previous mentor and other members of YourNetBiz that she had come accross before working with me, we found that we both heard alot of rumours. Promises like duplicating someone’s success when they have videos of their 5 figure earnings online cannot be duplicated by the average Your Net Biz member.  One of the reasons that people choose to work online is because they don’t have much money, so they work online hoping to make a second income.

For me working online has enabled me to live a very flexible and stress free lifestyle. I am my own boss and work the hours I want when I want. I have come to a stage now that my team members are working for me which means that I don’t have to work as much without compromising my income. It allows me to help others and give guidance to people at no cost to them at all because that person who I help in the time of need will remember me and give me motivation to go on and succeed even further.

So to conclude this today, I want to let you know that I will be posting more information soon but for the time being I am very busy getting everyone to a stage where they can prosper!
